Tianna Wattum

Tianna is a Service Coordinator with Laurel Supports, where she has worked since 2024. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and brings over 20 years of experience in the community living and non‑profit healthcare sector, including 12 years with posAbilities in leadership and frontline roles. Tianna specializes in coordinating behaviour consultation services for children, youth, and adults, supported by a strong background overseeing group homes and serving as a Director of Residential Services. She is an experienced educator and facilitator, having taught person‑centered practices and non‑violent crisis intervention in previous roles. Tianna is passionate about fostering environments where curiosity, growth, and learning are encouraged. Outside of work, she enjoys daily yoga, time with loved ones, and cruising around North Vancouver on her e‑bike.
