Our Team Culture

Our team includes Behaviour Consultants, Coordinators, and Leaders with a range of educational backgrounds, professional experience, and cultural perspectives. This diversity strengthens the way we support individuals and families.

As a team, we reflect together, share knowledge, and continue to learn. We encourage:

  • A culture where staff voices are welcomed, valued, and respected
  • Shared learning, professional development, and mentorship from experienced clinicians and supervisors
  • Collaboration across teams in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan

Our Values and Approach to Care

Our team is committed to providing high-quality, ethical support across every part of our work. We are guided by values that shape every relationship and decision: respect, diversity, proactive care, collaboration, integrity, and learning. These values show up in how we practice each day:

  • We recognize each person as the expert in their own experience, and we move at the pace of the relationship.
  • We honour many ways of knowing and welcome diverse perspectives on parenting, support, identity, and thriving.
  • We do not wait for a crisis to lead. We build strong, steady systems of support so people feel heard, understood, and ready for what comes next – now and when our service ends.
  • We listen first. Our best work happens in partnership, with families, professionals, and each other.
  • We follow through, do what we say, and communicate openly about what we are learning.
  • We believe practice can keep evolving. Curiosity is a strength here.

This is steady, human‑centered work. Each person who joins us helps strengthen that foundation.
