Srishti is a Behaviour Consultant with experience supporting children and families using evidence-based practices grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Her work primarily focuses on supporting children with developmental and behavioural needs across home, school, and community settings. She is passionate about building functional communication, promoting independence, and supporting meaningful skill development tailored to each individual.

Srishti has a strong interest in caregiver collaboration and values working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, practical strategies that can be carried across environments. Her areas of interest include supporting emotional regulation, developing life skills, and fostering positive social interactions.

Outside of her professional work, Srishti enjoys exploring new cafes, travelling, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Monique is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been supporting individuals and providing behavioural support since 2017 across home, community, and centre-based settings. Monique is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families she serves. She is committed to creating supportive and engaging environments that promote well-being and authentic connection. In her down time, Monique enjoys exploring the local food scene and going for walks with her dog and partner.

Saddiqua is a Behaviour Analyst with over 20 years of experience and a deep sense of pride in her work within the field of behaviour analysis. She supports children, youth, and adults with a wide range of diagnoses and understands that each individual is unique. Through her experience, she has learned that establishing strong, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and their support teams is essential before implementing any interventions or supports that may be beneficial. Saddiqua is also a proud mother of two teenagers who are preparing to make their way in the world and explore their own career paths. She hopes they too will find a career that is fulfilling and aligns with their sense of purpose and values.

Brandon is a Behaviour Consultant who works in the Okanagan Region. He acquired a Master of Professional Education in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2018 and board certification in 2021. Brandon has exclusively worked with adults throughout his career. He specializes in presentation delivery, data analysis, and organizational behaviour management. In his free time, Brandon enjoys cooking Asian cuisine, paddle boarding, video games, and playing board games with friends. Brandon works for the benefit of the individual and the community. He believes that all persons, regardless of their need for support, deserve good and fair lives.

Reanna is a Behaviour Consultant and sexuality educator who specializes in supporting adults. She is passionate about helping individuals live full, meaningful lives while promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Reanna also has an interest in positive parenting practices and works collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams to create respectful, values-driven approaches to care. Outside of her professional work, Reanna enjoys reading, baking, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Armel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has been working in the field since 2018, supporting children, adults, and their families across various settings, including family homes, clinics, community environments, and schools.

Armel is a Registered Autism Service Provider (Category A) and is committed to ongoing professional growth and strives to provide compassionate, ethical, and client‑centered care to the individuals she serves. She has an interest in exploring counselling and sexual health education in the future as part of her continued learning and professional development. Armel is fluent in English and can provide services in Tagalog or Ilonggo upon request.

Outside of her work in the field, she enjoys travelling, crocheting, and participating in a variety of fitness classes.

Ashleen is a Behaviour Consultant with experience supporting children, youth, and adults across a range of community and residential settings. She has a particular interest in strengthening communication skills, building self-regulation strategies, and creating sustainable supports for both individuals and their support networks. Outside of work, Ashleen enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with her family and close friends.

Angela has been working in the field since 2003, with extensive experience supporting families in homes, the community, and school-based settings. She has experience working with adults and children, as a behaviour consultant, behaviour interventionist, and special education assistant.

In her spare time, Angela enjoys music, camping, kayaking, traveling, and the outdoors!

Luan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works with both children and adults. Her clinical focus is on supporting individuals with challenging behaviours through the lens of Positive Behavior Support (PBS). Luan is particularly interested in fostering healthy relationships, promoting positive parenting strategies, and enhancing psychological flexibility within the families they serve. Dedicated to a holistic approach to behavioural wellness, Luan strives to create meaningful and lasting change for their clients. Outside of her professional work, Luan enjoys traveling and cherishing quality time with her family.

Rachel is a Behaviour Consultant working primarily with adults, after a 10-year career as a therapist and consultant for children. Rachel is originally from the UK, having moved to Canada a little over six years ago. She has a love for art, reading, cooking and the outdoors.

Sara has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017, supporting individuals and their families across home, school, and community settings. She has experience working with children, youth, and adults across a wide range of environments, including preschools, elementary and high schools, residential care homes, and community-based programs. Sara’s areas of focus include communication development, parent and team coaching, and supporting meaningful behaviour change through individualized, neurodiversity-affirming approaches. She has a particular interest in creating practical, sustainable strategies that can be carried across settings and implemented consistently by teams. Sara holds a Master of Science in ABA from Queen’s University Belfast and a Bachelor of Arts in ABA from CapU, along with a certificate in Educational Assistance from KPU. Outside of her professional work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, hiking, travelling, and camping.

Aby is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in the field of behaviour analysis since 2015. Her areas of focus include communication development, adaptive skills, and supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, including self-injurious behaviour. Aby practices from a person-centered, assent-based perspective and has received training in Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) developed by Greg Hanley. She also integrates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into her work and has a strong interest in caregiver coaching and sustainable interventions. Outside of her work, Aby enjoys kickboxing, dancing, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Emily is a dedicated Behavior Consultant with experience supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex mental health needs, and substance-use challenges. She applies principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to create person‑centered care plans, behavioural interventions, and skill‑building programs that promote independence, emotional regulation, and community inclusion. Emily has a strong interest in using Relational Frame Theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in her work with adults, heping them build psychological flexibility.

Originally from England, she moved to Canada in 2017 and has since gained experience in clinical settings, in-home supports, community care, and outreach. She holds an MSc in Developmental Disorders and an Honors BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University and Leeds University. Emily is also a Board‑Certified Behaviour Analyst. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.

Melina is a Behaviour Consultant working in the Lower Mainland with both children and adults, helping individuals across the lifespan navigate behavioural challenges and build meaningful new skills. With experience ranging from EIBI to adult services, she enjoys the variety of working with different age groups and adapting her clinical focus to meet each person’s unique life path. When she’s not working, Melina loves recharging among the trees in the North Shore forest or heading to a dance class to stay active.

Alan is a Behaviour Consultant with 10 years of experience in the field of behaviour analysis. He is originally from Ireland and completed his education and training there, achieving his BCBA certification in 2020. This was also the year he moved to British Columbia, where he has lived and worked since. He works with all age groups ranging from early intervention to teens and adults. He is keenly interested in a positive behaviour support approach that builds care around an understanding of what matters to the individual. He has specific interests in supporting complex teams, parent coaching, transition to adulthood, and community inclusion. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, boardgames, and embracing the outdoors on a paddleboard or a snowboard – weather depending.

Julie is a behaviour consultant serving the Southern Vancouver Island region. Since 1992, she has provided services to Laurel families. Over this time, Julie has developed extensive experience supporting individuals and families in addressing challenging behaviours.

Joyce is a Behaviour Consultant who has been supporting children with autism and other intellectual disabilities since 2006. She has extensive experience working with children aged 2 to 18 in both one-on-one and group settings, with a focus on skill development, behaviour support, and individualized programming. Joyce’s practice is grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and she has completed the Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis program at Douglas College. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and is currently working toward her professional certification.

Joyce has a strong interest in supporting families through practical, culturally responsive strategies and values collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. She is fluent in both English and Cantonese and is able to provide services in Cantonese upon request.

Outside of her professional work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and skiing.

Janet currently works as a Behaviour Consultant with individuals with special needs of all ages. Her primary interest is early intervention, including teaching functional communication skills. Janet uses a trauma focused approach to Applied Behaviour Analysis. She ensures that individuals feel safe, empowered and are involved in goal setting and making choices. Janet enjoys spending time with animals in outdoor, natural environments.

Laurie works with a broad range of ages, from children to adults. Laurie has been a Behaviour Consultant since 2020. She earned her Master of Professional Education from Western University in 2021 and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2023. She was excited to join the behaviour consulting team at Laurel Supports in 2025. Based in beautiful central Vancouver Island, Laurie is passionate about delivering compassionate, individualized, and person-centered support. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their personal goals. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring, reading, rowing, and west coast swing dancing. Most of all, she cherishes spending time with her family.

Michelle has been working in the fields of disability and mental health since 2013, supporting individuals across the lifespan. She has experience in community supports, group homes, day programs, behaviour support services, and family counselling settings. Michelle has particular experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and neurodivergence, supporting emotional regulation, communication, adaptive skills, and daily functioning.

Her areas of focus include strengths-based and trauma-informed practice, attachment-informed approaches, emotional and behavioural regulation, and healthy relationship development. She has a strong interest in sexual health education for individuals with developmental disabilities, and values collaborative work with families and support teams to promote independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys singing, creative projects, travelling, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Shayla is a Behaviour Consultant with Laurel Supports. She holds a BA in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a Special Education Assistant certificate from Capilano University, and is currently completing her MPEd in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University. She is working toward her BCBA certification and is a Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP). Since 2015, Shayla has supported children, youth, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities across schools, homes, and community settings. She brings a compassionate, culturally responsive, and person-centred approach to her work, and is passionate about providing individualized, strength-based support. Shayla is fluent in Farsi and Turkish. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, caring for her plants, and teaching piano.

Victoria is a Behaviour Consultant supporting children and youth across the Lower Vancouver Island region. Over the past six years, she has worked with neurodivergent children, youth, and adults in educational, home, and community settings, developing meaningful, individualized supports that foster growth and independence.

Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, inclusion, and empowerment. Victoria is passionate about working alongside families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create supportive environments where all individuals can thrive.

Outside of her professional work, Victoria enjoys strength training, running, cooking, and exploring the outdoors on hikes with her dog.

Leah is a Behaviour Consultant who works with adults, supporting them and their teams to enrich quality of life and foster meaningful life experiences. Her practice comes from the belief that everyone can learn, and she believes that feedback, reflection, and connection can meaningfully impact the lives of those she serves. Her work is grounded in the importance of positive, respectful relationships.

Leah is deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with the teams who support individuals in their daily lives. Her areas of interest include fostering the signs of healthy relationships, supporting individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and expanding communication options for individuals whose primary mode of communication is non-verbal. Outside of her professional work, Leah is passionate about fitness, cooking for others, and being fully present in the moment.

Joshua enjoys teaching and supporting individuals of all ages and abilities. He thrives in collaborative environments that allow for creative problem‑solving to address barriers to successful implementation. He is continuously seeking opportunities to expand his professional knowledge and is currently focused on supporting individuals in building healthy relationships, as well as enhancing his capacity to support those with mental health diagnoses. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoors enthusiast and can often be found in the mountains, on the golf course, or tending to his garden.

Laurette Reynolds is a Behaviour Consultant with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across home, school, and community settings. Since 2013, she has worked in both educational and therapy environments, with a focus on autism and diverse learning needs. Laurette’s practice is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support, with an emphasis on building functional skills, reducing behaviours of concern, and improving overall quality of life.

Her areas of expertise include person-centered planning, social-emotional development, and collaborative work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. She has a strong interest in inclusive education, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and supporting meaningful participation across everyday environments.

Laurette values practical, evidence-informed strategies that are tailored to each individual and their context.

Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving and exploring the outdoors, with a particular love for marine life.

Kelly specializes in early intervention practices for children, youth, and adults, using the applied science of behaviour analysis (ABA). He focuses on building positive behaviour support plans with an emphasis on person-centered practices and family support. He also has a passion for the arts and curating experiences in the street arts (e.g., hip-hop culture) community, and is the founder/creative director of the soulAbilities movement, which focuses on giving both professionals and marginalized individuals voices on our podcast and in our local communities, through dance, music, DJ’ing, and MC’ing experiences.

Originally hailing from Ontario, Annie works in the Greater Victoria area serving the MCFD children’s services contract. She has extensive history working in EIBI and ABA services for autistic children and youth. She has a passion for supporting children with unexpected behaviours and enjoys problem solving our more unique cases. When not working, she enjoys spending time reading and relaxing by the water on Dallas road!

Bianca is a Behaviour Consultant who works with both children and adults across a variety of settings. She has experience supporting individuals and families through person-centered, evidence-based approaches. She is keen on providing culturally sensitive positive behaviour support plans that respect every individual’s and family’s goals, values, and experiences. She is committed to collaborating closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes, independence, and quality of life.

Outside of her professional work, Bianca enjoys spending time painting, cooking, and travelling.

Victoria is a behaviour consultant based on Vancouver Island. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families in building positive, practical strategies for everyday challenges. Outside of her professional work, Victoria enjoys spending time in nature—especially hiking and camping with her children, exploring the beauty of the island together.

Victoria is a Behaviour Consultant and has been in the field of ABA since 2017. Her expertise includes Early Intensive Behaviour Intervention with young children. Victoria also has experience with adolescence or young adults that are transitioning into adulthood. She has a special interest in Skills Based Treatment and trauma informed care. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and eating chocolate.

Jamie has worked extensively with children and youth with a wide range of developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings since 2020. Jamie is committed to delivering ethical, evidence-based services that prioritize autonomy and meaningful collaboration. She strives to provide compassionate, individualized support that empowers individuals and their families to help them thrive. In addition to her passion for working with others, Jamie has a love for creating art and enjoys drawing, painting, and working as a tattoo artist.

Louise is a Behaviour Consultant who works with both children and adults, providing individualized, evidence‑based behaviour consultation to support meaningful skill development and quality of life. Her practice focuses on collaborating with individuals, families, and care teams to create practical strategies that promote independence, communication, and well‑being across home, school, and community settings. In addition to behaviour consultation, Louise works as a sexual health educator, with a professional interest in promoting healthy relationships, consent, and accessible sexual health education tailored to diverse learning needs. She is committed to respectful, person‑centred approaches and values ongoing learning within her field. Outside of her professional work, Louise enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and sharing time with her family, which helps her stay grounded and energized.

Danielle is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who holds a Master’s degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Capilano University. She currently works in adult services and brings a broad range of experience supporting individuals from early childhood through adulthood across home, community, school, and clinic settings. She is a PEERS® Certified Provider for teens and young adults, offering structured, evidence-based social skills programming. Danielle has strong interests in building practical, functional skills that create meaningful and long term impacts in daily life; supporting teams in navigating complex situations; and empowering staff and families with the knowledge and confidence to support ongoing success.

Fun fact: Danielle loves the performing arts—especially musical theatre. In her spare time, she enjoys attending local performances and singing along to musical soundtracks, frequently turning her car into a one person musical.

Tatiana is a Behaviour Consultant with Laurel Supports. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across the lifespan. Certified in 2023 and holding a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (2021), she brings over seven years of hands-on experience to the field, beginning as a Behavior Therapist in 2017. She specializes in Verbal Behavior and is passionate about the science of ABA. Fluent in English and Russian, she effectively connects with a diverse range of families. Outside of her professional life, she recharges in nature through short hikes and road trips. She enjoys paddle boarding in the summer and the cozy creativity of crocheting and knitting during the winter.
