At Laurel Supports, service quality is about more than standards on paper. It is about how we show up for people, make decisions, and stay accountable to the children, adults, families, and community organizations we support. We want the people who work with us to feel safe, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
Our team is committed to providing high-quality, ethical support across every part of our work, including service delivery, supervision, research, and professional development. We believe in the right to effective treatment and follow the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s Guidelines for Responsible Conduct.
We are also guided by the Rights of Children and Youth, the Rights of Adults, the posAbilities Code of Ethics, and the laws and regulations that protect privacy and personal information. These documents help shape how we work, protect the people we support, and stay grounded in respectful, ethical practice.

Contact Us
If you have a concern, we encourage you to begin by speaking with your Behaviour Consultant, their Supervisor, or our Clinical Director. Many concerns can be resolved through open conversation, and we want to make that process as clear and supportive as possible. If the issue is not resolved after those conversations, you can make a formal complaint.
